YOGA FOR KIDS

Students from Our Lady of the Valley School are seen here during a Yoga demonstration provided by Sun Tao Yoga Studio, located in Wayne. The children throughout the week celebrated Earth Day, and this particular activity focused on the air we breathe, how we are all connected by the air, and how we should all be good to the Earth. Sun Tao Studio currently offers kid yoga programs and was kind enough to share some of the exciting details with the OLV community.

The money raised from participants, sponsors, and donors directly benefits the Tomorrows Children’s Fund (link - http://www.atcfkid.com) of Hackensack University Medical Center (link - http://www.humed.com) in their search to find a cure for cancer and other serious blood related disorders.
